nothing not to do the right thing towards my son. And seems they are only interested in
using his mental health and not doing the correct thing and moving my son from the hell he
is living in, everything the mental health team is passing to Enfield Council is being used
against my son not to help him.
I would like the full details of what was passed to Enfield Council by the Mental health team
from Debbie Morgan as it would not surprise me if Enfield Council has changed it to the

words they wanted to use to send it to the MP as what is stated in the Email to the MP is
not correct on many points and I am very angry it has been written this way as no one has
any right to say the things that have been said in the email the way they have been said is
plainly wrong why would anyone write this email the way it has been written.
I would like this investigated as it seems the 1st investigation has done nothing to stop this
sharing of my son’s information without consent via the mental health team.
What right and laws are being used to share this information?
As it seems all the information that is being shared goes against my son. How is any trust
meant to be grained when this is happing all the time? This is not the only information that
is being shared and I can prove this.
I want all information sharing to stop forthwith with Enfield Council from the mental health
teams across all departments, as it seems Enfield Council does not care how this
information is being used or shared or if it is correct when they pass it on. From this point if
any information is going to be shared with Enfield Council then the information needs to be
sent to this email 1st and written consent obtained before any information is shared this
would include all departments in the mental health team.
I have included your letter of response as I am also including in this email the MP as all this
incorrect information that is being used against my son needs to stop from this point in
time.
I have submitted a subject access request of all data being held for my son by the mental
health teams, which I am awaiting as I need to correct a great deal of data being held and
find out what other information has been shared.
