Dear Ms Andrea Clemons
Would it please be possible to get a contract number for you so I can call you regarding your
letter to the MP relating to Simon Cordell dated 07/11/2018.
I also want Mr Lemmy Nwabuisi the Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator taken of my son's
case and have nothing else to do with my son or investigate any other matters which relate
to my son forthwith, I do not believe he has investigated any matters how his job is meant
to have been done and has failed in his duty of care towards my son, and has passed
information that is incorrect to other bodies, and used information that is incorrect against
my son with only one side being heard. Information has also been used in courts that are
incorrect time and time again.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the above matters.

Dear Jinjer Kandola
Please see my reply to the Trust Response regarding Mr. Cordell's information, included in
the reply is a new complaint dated 28/11/2018 as it seems the investigation that was done
has not worked and data is still being shared incorrectly regarding my son.
I have included the MP in this email so she can keep updated with what is going on.
