               Hi Giudi,
SC was seen and assessed at home on 19th June. He is not currently under a community
team, the service has received several referrals since 2015 pertaining concern for his mental
state, however upon assessment he’s not been found to be so unwell that restrictive
measures have to be taken to engage him. He often presents with grandiose/paranoid
ideations involving past involvement with police, and more recently involvement with the
               housing department and neighbour(s).
He is currently involved with court proceedings involving his neighbour/housing department
arising from on-going dispute in which he alleges neighbour to be deliberating causing him
distress by making noise (he appears to be noise sensitive). Housing are exploring eviction
proceedings in which information has recently been provided for court regarding his mental
health needs. I understand he is representing himself in court and the court has questioned
his mental capacity/mental health to do so?
