Sorry I have not been in contract with you I have had many appointments that I could not
miss. Simon spoke to me today and he does want a meeting with you as soon as possible. I
cannot do Wednesday or Thursday this week but any other day would be fine if that is
possible with you before the next hearing in court. Simon also asked if there was any update
as to how this is going to be dealt with. He also asked will he need to attend court on the
09/08/2018 as he really does not feel up to it. Once again sorry I cannot be in contract with
you.
