               Dear Trishna
I sent Simon the report and he read it.
He says no way are the council getting his medical records he does not agree to this, could
the council get a court order to get his medical records?
He is upset due to what it says about him, but he knows this hurts the council as well
because they never done their job towards him and only ever taken one side and not
wanted to hear a word we had to say, everything has just been put on him. I know he wants
to see or chat to you this week, I know it was said for today, but I cannot do today, if you
could give us a day for this week and time, I would be grateful.
               Regards
               Lorraine

               Dear Lorraine,
Please find attached Simon's medical assessment report. Please note that this works in our
favour as it will allow us to possibly get rid of the Injunction Order completely.
               Kind regards,
