Afternoon Lorraine,
I sent you an email on 9th April requesting an update with the statement and to obtain a copy of an email from
the insurance company. I also requested confirmation regarding the areas of complaint Simon wishes to be
investigated.
To date I have not received a response from you. I need to proceed with the investigation so can I please ask
that you send the completed statement and confirmation of areas of complaint to me no later than 29th April
2015. If I have not received any further information from you by this date I will conduct my investigation on the
information already available to me.
Many thanks for your assistance
Jeanette
