I am forwarding you an email received from Simon Cordell and his mother in which they are
requesting the document that you prepared opposing the introduction off the hearsay
evidence, I explained Simon rejected this document on
4th April 2016
and would not allow this to get served on the Court or Respondent, I also explained he got
provided with a copy of this document and he is stating that this document gets handed back
to you and he now wants a copy of the document.
Can you please email me across the document that you prepared so Mr Cordell can have this?
