Subject: Josephine Ward wants me to have a medical check
Josephine I am not will to sign any form giving you consent to my personnel records as no
judge has ordered for you to do so, I would not be a free man if there was a chance of me
being a danger to myself or the general public. As I am sure you would understand the
Mental Health Team are trained in dealing with people in such cases under section 135, 136,
2, 3, 4 and 5 of Mental Health Act 1983 & 2007 as amended 2016. I do in fact take offence in
you questioning my ability to make decisions for myself and them decisions that I make I am
making being of clear judgement towards the applicants case which contains false facts such
as me being white and contained in side a warehouse surrounded by police, marked in the
cads.
You know this not to be true for as long as two years.
For two years I have asked you and Michelle Carroll and co solicitors to write to the witness
also the applicant and point out the true facts of law but most importantly make sure I have a
fair trial.
