A/PS Charles Miles 724YE states; "There I spoke with a man who I recognized as Simon
Cordell, from previous illegal rave events on Enfield Borough. I would describe him as a
light skinned black male, and at the time he was wearing a white long-sleeved T shirt and
Grey bottoms, he is approximately f5;09 tall and of medium build. He refused to provide his
details to the council representatives in order that a noise abatement order could be served,
