19. In the event that the Court agrees to reinstate
the injunction and to make a declaration that the
Defendants has acted against the terms of the
injunction dated 09th August 2017, it is the
Claimant’s intention to bring an application for
committal against the Defendant. Therefore, we
would like permission from the Court to bring and
serve an application for the Defendant’s committal
under CPR 81 for breaches of the terms of the
injunction for the incidents dated 11th November
2017, 02nd and 3rd January 2018.
