statement believing It to be true and understand
that it may be placed before court.
Insofar as the content of this witness statement la
within my own personal knowledge it is true and
insofar as it is not within my personal knowledge
it is true to the best of my knowledge.
I WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS
1. I am the tenant of Flat 117 Bancroft Avenue,
Enfield, EN3 7JQ. My Rat la located two
floors above Mr Cordell ad (thereafter the
Defendant* 1). I live there will my husband
Markandu and my child who is 3-year-old. I
have been housed to that Property with my
family by the London Borough of Waltham
Forest and have occupied the Property tinea 11
September 2018 The Property was given to
me as a temporary accommodation
