Insofar as the content of this witness statement is
within my own personal knowledge it is true and
insofar as it is not within my personal knowledge
it is true to the best of my knowledge.
I WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS
1. I am the tenant of Flat 117 Burncroft Avenue,
Enfield, EN3 7JQ. My flat is located two floors
above the Defendant's. I live there with my wife
and a child I have been housed to this Property
with my family by the London Borough of
Waltham Forest and have occupied the Property
since 11/09/2018. The Property was given to me
as a temporary accommodation.

4. I make this affidavit in support of the
Claimant's application for the Defendant’s
committal on the basis of a breach of the interim
injunction order made by the Edmonton County
Court on 09th January 2018.
5. The Defendant, Mr Simon Cordell was
served personally on 10th January 2018 while he
was in custody at the Wood Green Police Station.
The documents were served personally by the
process server.
