DIRECTIONS ORDER
2. I make this affidavit in support of the
Claimant's (my husband) application for ins
Defendant's commented on the basis of a
breach of the interim Injunction order made by
the Edmonton County Court on 09 January
2018.
3. I witnessed the terrible assault committed by
the Defendant on my husband on 15 March
2010 end confirm the fact stated in my
husband's affidavit dated 20 April 2016.
4. Mr Cordell harassed abused and repeatedly
punched my husband on his face, causing him
to bleed end to break two of his teeth. I tried to
stop him, but he would not listen to me
5. We contacted the police who arrested both Mr
Cordell and my husband. My husband was
kept by the police overnight while he was a
victim of the assault. The police could see the
facial injuries bleeding and damages sustained
to his face and teeth but decided to keep him at
the police station while he was a victim of the
assault. Surprisingly I heard that Mr Cordell
was arrested, Interviewed and released on the
same day. The police decided not to charge
him for some unknown reasons.
6. I believe that the Police diction was wrong, as
there was clear evidence of assault, I was not
interviewed while being a key witness to the
Incident. The Defendant should have been
arrested and brought back to the Court
following the breech of the Injunction order so
It could decide on Me arrest.
7. I fear for my family safety and feel that the
Intern Injunction with the London Borough of
Enfield obtained on 09 January 2010 is not
providing me and my family protection as the
police refutes to enforce the terms of the order
despite deer evidence that Mr Corded has
breached the terms.
