6. The terms of the interim injunction order
granted by the Edmonton County Court attaching
a power of arrest states the following:
Clause 3: from engaging or threatening to engage
in conduct that is likely to cause physical violence
and verbal abuse to the claimant's employees,
tenants to the block of flats at Burncroft Avenue,
Enfield.
Clause 4: From engaging or threatening to engage
in conduct that is likely to pause intimidation,
harassment, alarm and distress to the Claimant’s
employees, tenants and visitors to the block of
flats at Burncroft Avenue, Enfield.
Clause 5: From engaging or threatening to engage
in conduct that is likely to cause nuisance and
annoyance to the claimant's employees, tenants
and visitors of flats at Burncroft Avenue, Enfield.
Clause 7: A power of arrest is attached to the
above paragraphs.
