know it is in Sep 2016 at some point in time, but I am not

There is the fact of the matter, which leads me to the
concern of the Judge at Wood Green Crown Court giving
the respondent, until the 01/09/2016 to hand over
anything that was needed and what the judge himself
asked to be

given, as this date set will give me and the representatives
of Michael Carroll and co solicitors, very little time in
order to go over anything that will be handed over to us
and the court. The question is why did no one say
anything about that date as it is so close to the appeal?
